2 Bed Houseshare - Landlord works away in week

I'm looking for someone to rent my spare double room, which is available from 1st May until 31st August. The room looks out onto the garden and Bramley Park. It's very quiet, apart from beautiful bird song.

The room has a double ottoman bed, so plenty of storage underneath. There is also clothes storage provided. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and in the kitchen there's all the usual, including a dishwasher. You would be welcome to use the living room. There are gardens front and back that are nice little sun traps.

I am an ecologist and work away during the week for much of the time. So you'd have the house to yourself quite a lot.

All bills are included in the rent. I'm keeping the rent low as the room is only available for the next 4 months.
