Looking for a housemate for my newly renovated, end of terrace house.

I am a professional, who enjoys cooking, listening to music and socialising with friends. I enjoy nights out, as well as nights in. I am a very sociable person and am regularly out with friends, family and my dog.

I will be a live in landlord and I am looking for someone who wants to socialise from time to time and enjoy our own time apart too. I keep my house clean and tidy, and hope you will be able to respect this too.

The house is located in a 7 minute walk to Leamington Spa Station and 5 minutes to the town centre/Parade.

The room is a recently refurbished double room, with a brand new double bed, mattress, wardrobe, curtains, black out blind and bedside table. There are plenty of plug sockets and room for a desk and chair if you wish to add one!

The house has WI-FI, Alexa speakers, a HD Smart TV in the lounge, a brand new kitchen with a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a dining room and newly fitted shared bathroom, with a shower and separate free standing bath. There is a courtyard garden and on street parking.

I have a miniature dachshund called Frank who will also be living with us. Unfortunately he wouldn’t adapt to living with another pet, so no pets allowed.

Parking is available out front of property with plenty of spaces.
