Hey, I’m Lisa - current flatmate here 😊. I've got an amazing double bedroom with your own separate bathroom available for rent.
Spacious double room able to fit double bed, wardrobe, desk and a double chest of draws.

The flat is located on the first floor. It has a private car park, secure entrance and the grounds are maintained weekly. We also have access to a communal garden, shared with neighbours. We're less than a 5 minute walk to Sutton station with trains into London Victoria and London Bridge in addition to great bus links. We are 5 minutes from Sutton town centre with an abundance of shops, pubs and supermarkets - everything you need on your doorstep!

**The Northern Line at Morden is a 10 minute drive/ Uber away or 30 minute bus journey. Super handy getting back from London and just incase of a train strike!**

The best thing about the flat is the landlord! He is fair and trustworthy, something not always easy to come by these days!

I'm easy going, fun loving and always up for a laugh and love nothing more than to relax after a long day at work in front of the TV with dinner, watching a good series or film!

I’m looking for someone who will enjoy the flat as a home rather than just a room.
