Room Available At 2 Bed Flat

Looking for another female student to replace me / my room (22A) in a 2 bedroom flat at The Fitzalan student Living.

Rent is £162 p/w, 2 bedroom flat with a shared kitchen and bathroom & THE CONTRACT IS FROM 7TH SEPT 2024 TO AUGUST 2025- room I am advertising has a double bed, large capacity wardrobe, desk, shelving and chair.

Me and my room mate lived here prior, and had 2 girl bffs to replace our contracts, but the one who was meant to take my room dropped out at the very last minute- leaving it available and urgently needing to be taken.

The room is on the top floor of a block separate from most of the students, so my building is very quiet - they also have a gym, cinema room, large dining / kitchen area, game room, music room, library, pool/Ping-Pong table and barbeque area for student events / parties.

MUST BE A STUDENT | MUST BE FEMALE | MUST SIGN BEFORE JULY - accommodation won't accept otherwise.
