I have been renovated a country farm cottage, which sits on top of a hill with great surrounding views. The cottage is in a peaceful location, with beautiful views, perfect for anyone who would like to live somewhere quiet.

The cottage is almost complete internally and one double bedroom is almost ready, the other will be ready a month later.

Its a detached cottage, there is a large garden and driveway parking.

I'm flexible with rental duration but would probably prefer temporary tenants for 3-6months, I am flexible around this and can be discussed

I would prefer tenants who are respectful of nature, as the house is situated within private farmland.

If you enjoy gardening/growing vegetables, this would be great for you to start that up, the vegetable patches are there from the previous owner and you are welcome to use them.

Pets may also be considered.

I do plan to continue to upgrade the property externally, as the garden has not been touched since purchasing over a year ago, so potential tenants would need to be happy with that.
