Room in large townhouse in Headington/Marston

Large double room to rent between Headington and Marston, very close to the JR Hospital.

Housemates are 2 x female, 2 x male and 2 x cats. We do a combination of jobs, two work at the hospital and two are in office jobs - we all work in the day during the week (with the occasional weekend shift).

We are a social household, and would appreciate the new person to join to fit into that! Mostly that means cooking together, watching TV together and generally socialising in the house - we also do a (semi-regular) pub quiz, drinks out in Oxford and an occasional house party 🎉

The house is shared between 5 of us but is a large house, large enough to happily fit the 5 of us in. It has a large lounge, kitchen (with kitched island) and garden. We also have a garage for storage of bikes and off road parking. Everything will come furnished.

Bills aren't included in quoted rent price and are c. £150 a month on top. Council tax Band F.
