Short-Term Flat in Headington: Oct 2024 - Mar 2025

I am the owner of a newly renovated 2-bedroom flat in Headington, and I am looking for a couple or a single person to rent my flat from end of October 2024 to end of March 2025 while I am away. The rent is £1600 per month, all included. You will have access to the entire flat and can use my bedroom to work/study and storage while I am away on my sabbatical from November to April.

LOCATION: The flat is ideally located for anyone coming to Oxford for a short-term stay. It’s a 10-minute walk from the park, shops (Waitrose, Sainsbury's, Tesco), and the John Radcliffe, Nuffield, and Churchill hospitals. The location is perfect for healthcare staff and anyone working in the Headington area. Buses to the city centre are frequent and take about 20 minutes. There is also easy access to the Ring Road and coaches to London/airports.

THE FLAT: The flat is bright, spacious, and comfortable, offering everything you need for a short-term stay. The double room has a double bed, bedside table, built-in wardrobe, desk, and chair overlooking the shared garden, as well as a shed for bicycles. You will also have access to my bedroom for extra work/study space and storage use, making it an ideal setup for professionals.

ABOUT ME: I am an Italian woman in my early 40s working in healthcare. During my sabbatical (from November to April) I will be traveling and volunteering in South America.

RENT: £1600 per month, all bills included (council tax, high-speed internet, water and, electricity). A deposit will be required. The flat will be available from end of October 2024 to the end of March 2025 but we can discuss exact dates.

ABOUT YOU: I am looking for a friendly person or couple who would take care of my flat and keeps it clean and tidy. No smoking and no pets.
