Monday to Friday Double room with own bathroom
Mon - Fri let
I am a University Lecturer in Nottingham looking for a lodger Monday to Fridays only. This would mean the room is not available at weekends. I would anticipate this being from Monday evening to Friday morning but would also consider a Sunday evening arrival. The house would suit a professional or mature student looking for a home away from home during the week.
The room is large with a double bed, wardrobe and good size desk to work at if working from home. Next door is your own bathroom with powerful over bath shower and toilet. Downstairs is a large comfortable living and dining area and modern kitchen.
The house is detached and in a nice friendly quiet area of Sherwood within walking distance of City Hospital with excellent local buses to the city center ( 10 minute journey ) and a direct bus to Nottingham University and QMC and Beeston. Easy access to Nottingham Ring Road and M1.
Off street parking is available if required. Freeview HD TV and Netflix with good wireless broadband. Good local shops with some nice restaurants, coffee bars and local pubs. I work from home some of the time but in my separate studio extension.
