I have a lovely double room near city centre in a very friendly house. All bills inc and no deposit required. I have a cleaner coming round once a week to keep communal areas clean.
It is 10/12 minute walk to city centre and is very close to bus stops on Woodborough road. I am a private landlord and live very close to the property so will be able to resolve any issues quickly. Ideally looking for a female professional, will consider postgraduate/masters students. The room is available end of May.
