I’ve owned the house for around 3 years, and completed the majority of the renovation. I just have the garden to start/ finish. Which will commence towards the end of this year.

I have a double room available, renovated to a high standard, with a new bed / mattress and wardrobe.

The property comprises of 3 beds, has a large front room and kitchen.

A bit about me: I’ve got a little puppy called, Jean (pictured). So you must be a dog person, she’s 8 months old incredibly excitable, but very well behaved overall.
I like walking, cars, motorbikes, music, gigs, pubs, and spending time with family and friends.
I work from home and have just set up my own business. So I’m not looking for people who WFH also, sorry.

I’m just looking for someone generally tidy, courteous and friendly as ultimately we must get along well.

The house is on College Street, just half way up Otley Road and could potentially suit someone who works near or around Cardale Park.

I’ve got a giant box freezer too if you’re into food prep. I’m not sure if that’s important, but it may be to some.
