Looking for 1 flatmate to replace my current

My flatmate is moving to another city for her job, and so I’m looking for someone to take her place.

I’m a secondary school science teacher, working just outside of Norwich, so I’m looking for someone who is a working professional, so that our schedules aren’t too dissimilar. I’m tidy, clean, friendly, and would enjoy watching telly or playing board games in the evenings with my new flatmate.

You’d be renting a lovely flat with me, that is next to Norwich train station, and is within walking distance of the city centre. Small grocery shops are very nearby, as well as a big Morrisons nearby too. All amenities are nearby and the flat is ~5 min walk from Riverside with lots of entertainment and things to do.

The bedroom fits a double bed, a desk, clothes storage. It has a sash window looking into Thorpe Rd with a view of the lovely trees across the road. The room is unfurnished, but my flatmate is willing to leave behind the current bed frame and mattress if you’d like it. (Pictures show it furnished, for reference).

The shared living space is also unfurnished, but I have a few bits of furniture that will be staying when my current flatmate moves out. The living room has French patio doors with a Juliet balcony, and another sash window. The kitchen comes with appliances. The shared bathroom has a shower.

12 month minimum contract. Council tax B. UK based guarantor, and reference is required by the estate agent.
