Gorgeous room in Morningside flat

Spacious room off Morningside Road. An absolute steal for rent and bills in comparison to other flats this close to town.
Moving out of Edinburgh with my partner, dream room to rent and sad to leave the flat.

2 males, 1 female, so ideally looking for another female to take my spot. Not opposed to another male, but would have to be the right person. Looking for someone who has their own life but also keen to join on nights out or for a drink. Nice mix of jobs with a chemical engineer, an architect and a music teacher.

Flat are very social, like nights out etc but also enjoy spending time on our own, with our own pals/partners and general down time. The lads like to cook together, generally a lovely environment all around:)

Flat is top floor (3 floors), and two storeys within. Two bathrooms, upstairs bathroom shared between another flatmate and myself.
Room is fully furnished with 2 sets of chest of drawers, a bed side table, a clothes rack, a bed and a full length mirror. Two big velux windows make the room nice and bright and have a gorge view of the braid hills and can see the snowsports ski slopes on the hills.

Flat is really modern, with a shared living space and big kitchen. Lots of storage around downstairs for suitcases etc.

Bus routes: 5/11/16/23/N11/N16/101
30 minute walk to Prince’s st and a 10/15 minute bus to Lothian Rd for majority of other bus connections.
Flat is bordering Morningside and Bruntsfield so it’s a nice quick stroll to the links.

Bills/CT roughly 120 a month. Looking for a professional, as council tax will need to paid with other tenants. Total with rent is just over 600 a month.

Parking permit can be acquired from the council if you have a car, can also pay for guest passes as are cheaper than the hourly rate. Parking available on the street and neighbouring streets.

OG post had rent at £480 but with myself leaving the tenancy and a new one being set up, it has been increased to £500.
