Double room in Leith Walk area

Hello!

Available from the 25th of June a double bedroom in Balfour Street area, next to Leith Walk.

A bit about myself. 
You will be sharing the house with a 36 yo male psychologist working in the NHS. I am an easygoing person; clean and mindful of shared communal areas, respectful of others’ space but I also enjoy socialising, having a chat and a drink when back from work. 

In my spare time I like surfing, cooking, painting, reading books, cinema, going out for gigs, catching up with friends, art exhibitions, and just go out of town to explore nature.

Ideally looking for a likeminded professional, but happy to share the house with a mature student who is up for splitting the council tax.

I do appreciate that the rental market in Edin is wild, but to me it’s important to find a person I get on with. I am not looking for just fitting an empty room.

The room is furnished as per pictures shown. Rent is £620 a moth, bills not included but usually around 100 a month. Council tax Band B.

Viewings can be arranged from 6pm onwards. 

I’ll be abroad from the 20th to the 24th of June.
