This is an apartment in a tower block, we have free laundry, community room etc but it is not a party venue unless you book the community room [free]?
I have Wi-Fi and tv dog lover essential, I would consider a pet if they are house trained and sociable. council tax band A I lose my 25% discount so will add this to rent. Benefits considered. Couples addition £50 pcm
