Hi There,
We have got a beautiful huge En-Suite available. It's situated in north London (Piccadilly line) a few minutes from Wood Green Station and taking 10 minutes to Kings Cross by tube , 24 hr buses which is well served links to Shoreditch, Old Street, Camden Town, Finsbury Park and Central London
Very rich area in facilities like restaurant's, pharmacy's, Primark, Supermarket's, street market, Parks and Gym:).
It's a brand new house, clean, bright, with a massive leaving room, open kitchen, and Garden.

we are looking for a Nice and quiet person who wants to make this place his/her Home!
You will be sharing the house with 2 guys and 2 girls.
AAron is a English Business student and working in the city central area, Amanda is an English Music Producer, Dave is is a British manager in the hospitality industry and Maria is a Colombian business student and also working in the City Area.

At times we catch up having barbecues and drinks or just smocking (outside only!) enjoying some sunny day in the garden.

The House is split in 3 floors:

Ground floor:
Dave's bedroom

Kitchen
(5 gas cooker, electric Oven and a small grill section on the side, microwave, dishwasher, large toaster, big sized fridge and freezer, blender, mixer, and a little electric grill)
Plus a lot of amenities and tools to make a real food!!

Service toilet:
(1 small lavatory, 1 toilet, brand new washing machine)

Large Living room:
2 sofas with 2 dad chair, 1 table x6 people, bar and breakfast section with 4 stools.
There are 5 double glassed doors wich can wildly open to the Back garden, also there are 4 double glassed windows on the roof top providing a very bright ambient.

First floor:
AAron, Maria and "Amanda"

Bathroom:
(1 large glassed shower, lavatory, toilet, bathtub)

Second floor:
Available En-Suite, one floor just for it and it's bathroom with one king sized bed with a office/study desk with chair, 2 books shelves, 2 doors wardrobe, but if you need bigger We can discuss the possibility to buy a new one, 2 chest of drawers, and an shoes storage cabinet and luggages, also it has 2 windows on the roof wich make it bright in sunlight, 2 double glass doors facing to the Garden and two side heater, wich make it very warm in winter time,

The house has been fully refurbished not even 3 years ago so still in a great conditions and fully furnished with lots of storages available.

There is a weekly cleaner that comes to cleaning and we contribuite 36£ each a month for it. All other bills are included in the rent.

The nearest tube station is Wood Green Station(zone 3) 8 mins walk, or 3 bus stops (W3)

The house is situated off the main road on a quiet and nice neighbourhood.

Bills included: Gas, Electricity, Council Tax, Water, TV licence, Internet (fibre optic broadband of 500 mbps upload speed) and cleaner

£ 1200 Rent in advance and deposit.
The room is for one person only, sorry!
