Spacious double room minutes from Waterloo station

Hi!

I am looking for a flatmate to take the other double room in a 2 bed apartment, located just a 5 minute walk from Waterloo (Northern, Bakerloo, Jubilee, Waterloo & City, National Rail) and only a 2 minute walk from Lambeth North (Bakerloo line).

It's located just off of Lower Marsh, and a short walk away from The Cut, so there are plenty of trendy bars, shops and eateries right on the doorstep.

The apartment is really stunning, has a modern kitchen with dishwasher (bonus: I have a Nespresso machine and Ninja air fryer also!), and a balcony.

I don't get the keys until the 30th May, so the photos (for now) are the unfurnished ones from the letting agent, but the bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside tables. You'll just need to bring your own mattress.

A little bit about me...I am a 32 year old professional, working as a Software Developer for a company in London. I work remotely most days, but do go into the office on occasion. I love to travel, eat and drink out and explore London, but also enjoy just chilling in with a glass of wine and a good film or series.

Ideally looking for somebody likeminded, who wants to hang out on occasion and won't just hide away in their room. Ideally you will help to keep things tidy, and contribute towards cleaning.

Bills (water, electricity, council tax, Internet) aren't included in the rent. Council tax is band B (Lambeth). Internet (1 Gbps) will be £16 a month each.
