Small double in 3 bed near Elephant and Castle
Looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bed flat, SE Zone 2 - available from 10th June!
The tenancy is til 23rd August with the option to renew for another year (I'm moving after nearly two years cos I've found a room that's right by my new workplace)
Rent is 700 plus bills, which average about £110 including council tax.
The flat is just off Walworth Road by East Street Market with great bus links to the centre, which isn't far (you can walk to Tower Bridge in 25 mins) or it's a 15 min walk to Kennington or Elephant and Castle station (Northern and Bakerloo line). There's a Morrisons and loads of shops/gym 1 min away
The room is a small double and comes with a desk, drawers and clothes rail. The flat is well kept and homely with a lil balcony.
Would be living with Tom (23, works in a lab) and Nina (27, occupational psychology Msc student). I've lived with Tom for almost two years and he's the most chill, respectful housemate who's always up for watching a show in the evening (Nina has recently moved in and is lovely too).
Worth noting that it's up a couple of flights of stairs with no lift access sadly.
