Large Double Room (Bills Inc.) - Tooting Bec

Hi Everyone!

We are Ali, Tony and Katie - our lovely housemate Louise is moving out so we are looking for another female to replace her. We're all very friendly and enjoy chilling in the living room as well as a few bevs down the pub - looking for someone easy going, sociable and clean to match the vibe of the house.

*The Room/House*

The available room is a big bright double overlooking the garden with lots of built in wardrobe space, 2 bedside tables, a chest of drawers and room for a desk for WFH.

The 4 bed three-storey house has been recently refurbished with a modern kitchen, shared living room, 2 bathrooms and a nice westerly facing garden.

All bills are included in the room price (with a fair use policy on the G&E), including a fortnightly cleaner and fast 300mbps fibre broadband.

*Location*

The house is in a great location, with both Tooting Bec and Broadway stations on the Northern Line under 10 mins walk away. There's also plenty of buses available from Tooting High Street just a stones throw away.

For all your food needs there's a Tesco Express, Lidl, Aldi, Sainsbury's and Tooting Market close by, all within a 5-10 min walk. There's also several great pubs in the area as well.

*Availability*

The room is officially available on 19th June, however there is lots of flexibility on this with Louise moving out before the 1st June - so an early move in date from then can be arranged no problem.
