Hello! I am looking for a laid-back, tidy flatmate to rent the second room in my flat in Streatham. I've lived here almost 2 years and love it, so am excited to welcome someone new in to make the most of this lush flat and area.

What's on offer:

This is a 2-bed, 2-bath flat on the top floor via lift of a modern development, with shared kitchen/living room and large balcony facing the courtyard and views over SW London. It's a double room with large window and its own bathroom across the hall. The room comes furnished (please note, the flat has wood flooring throughout and I am updating the bed frame and wardrobe), but also has space for anything else you may want to bring, i. e., WFH set-up, storage, etc.

The building is fully serviced - we have 24-hour concierge and security on site and there is residents parking should you be interested in using the car park space.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Streatham rail station, 10 minutes from Streatham Common station, and next to a hub for several bus routes. The building sits above a Tesco Extra, near to other shops (M&S, Aldi), and plenty of great pubs like The Bull, The Rabbit Hole, and many more.

Rent is £1250 with all bills (council tax band D, electric, heat, water, superfast wifi, and service charge) included.

About me

I'm Patricia, 33, from Canada and have lived in London 10 years. I work at a consulting firm and work from home a few days a week. I own the flat so have really made it feel like a home. While at home, I love cooking, hosting dinner, watching various high-brow programmes (read: trash TV) and enjoying a glass of wine. Outside the flat, I love the usual London life: going out, gym, day trips, pub, etc. The flat is also home to my cat Lucy so hopefully you are a cat lover too!
