I am moving out sooner than expected to move in with friends, and looking for someone to take over my lease from June until the 31/08. Longer leases can be negotiated.
This is a nice room in a quiet terraced house. All bills are included in the listed rent and the listed rent is applicable until the 31/08. The house has a lovely private garden, two communal bathrooms, as well as noise-insulated walls. Current flatmates are quiet, friendly professionals and are very respectful of privacy and space.
Room does not come with all of the belongings shown, and will come with the bed and cupboards. Professionals preferred. If not, please have a UK based guarantor.
