The wardrobe and bed stay, everything else you’ll need to get yourself (i. e. desk, chair etc can be bought from leaving flatmate!)

The building:
modern, lift, security cameras, outdoor garden, private bike parking space.

Location:
<10 min from Westbourne Park station and Maida
Vale station.
15 min walk from Portobello.

Move in date: From 30th June

Rent:£1150
Deposit: £1350 (paid directly to the agency and refundable)
Admin fee to the agency: £50 (amendment of contract + background check)

Bills:
~£80 person (gas & electricity will be balanced at the end of the year based on actual consumption, paid quarterly)
Internet £11/person.
Council tax £70/person.
Water £18/person.

About me:
I work full time (office 3-4 days a week) and in a part-time masters. I still enjoy a social life, working out, running, cooking, and travelling.

I prefer someone that is not just a flatmate, but someone who has a similar lifestyle and most importantly maintains a clean home.
