We have 2 double bedrooms going in East London (Leytonstone) from 1st of June for a 12 month tenancy (can leave after any month providing you find replacement)
Around £830 a month (including bills)
Nearest tube: 10 minutes walk to Leytonstone station - (2 stops to Stratford and 25 mins to tor court road)
4 bed house with garden, living room and spacious kitchen on a nice residential road. It’s me and another girl living here at the moment. We're both Irish, very chill love chatting and would love to find housemates that like their own space but are happy to hang out and watch a film or so.
Preferably looking for a male and a female to keep the balance but this is not set in stone. We’re just looking for chill, nice people who are also very clean!
