The house is a 10 minute walk to Herne Hill station, where there’s loads of shops and cafes, as well as Brockwell park. The house is on a quiet residential street, it’s got 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen/ living room, along with a little outdoor patio. You’ll be living with two girls and one guy, all young professionals, super friendly and chilled out. We all met on Spareroom last year so we understand how scary it is to move in with strangers!
Rent is £800, and bills tend to come to about £150 a month, council tax is £50 a month.
