Lovely spacious and bright king room to rent in a 1st floor flat in Hanwell with an enormous south facing garden.
I own the property and mostly live out- my family are abroad and I will travel to London occasionally for work.
Essentially whoever rents this room will benefit from having the flat almost exclusively to themselves so for the right person, this is a wonderful find!
I am phenomenally house proud and will leave all the furniture, linens, electronics here so the right person for this flat will love and appreciate the space, and treat as their own. We’re a top floor flat and so ask for consideration for the downstairs flat- no partying, no shouting, no stomping. Id say our street is quite residential and quiet, so if you love a loud party after hours, perhaps this one isn’t for you. Summer BBQ’s in the garden are absolutely welcome and there is outdoor furniture outside for the tenant to enjoy.
I’d very happily consider a well behaved dog so dont hesitate to ask! My husband is allergic to cats, so sadly can’t accept cats.
Price includes all bills based on our energy consumption so please note that if you prefer the flat extra toasty, that’s absolutely fine, but I’ll increase the price to cover. The price also includes a biweekly cleaner- non negotiable :)
I’m super easy going and won’t really get in your way when I’m here. Happy to socialise but also happy to keep to myself and my room- we can work it out as we get to know each other over time.
Looking for someone who can commit for at least 12-18 months.
