Double Room in Camberwell/ Peckham

Flatmate needed to fill double room in a lovely flat in Linwood Close - between Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye stations.

I’ve been living in the flat for two years and my current flatmate is having to move out when our tenancy is up.

The flat is in a great area, less than 10 minutes from Peckham Rye Station. It’s situated in a close, on the ground floor with its own entrance.

I really want to continue living here as the area is a great place to be and the flat is so nice.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table. The flat is spacious, with a big open living area.

Bills aren’t included, they come to £170 per month, with electricity paid quarterly.

Hoping to get a flatmate who has similar interests and is excited to live in the best area in South London!
