Double room in Brixton / Loughborough Junction

Looking for flatmate ASAP!

Double-room available in our Brixton/ Loughborough junction home from the 7th of June.

Claire and I are looking for someone to join us in our three-bed home that we had an offer accepted on last week. We are both in our mid twenties, and have busy London lives seeing friends, running etc, but want someone who will become a friend, as well as a housemate ✨

- Double room with wardrobe, and space for a desk, although house comes with an office.
- Open plan living and dining space
- All the amenities
- Large back garden patio.
- Location is 15 min walk to Brixton Tube & 2min walk to Loughborough Junction station
- Rent is 933 per month, with bills coming to approx £150 per month.

We need to have our third flatmate confirmed by the 28h May, so need to move pretty fast so drop us a message if interested, and we can arrange to meet.

To meet referencing requirements you’ll need a written employers reference (stating start date, position, salary etc), last 3 months Bank Statements/3 months pay slips.
