Double bedroom available immediately

Hello Guys,

I am moving out with my partner, I have my room available from 2nd June and my contract ends at 3rd of July. I am looking for someone to take over my room until 3rd July , if you would like to stay longer period that would be possible as well.

Wedgwood House is located in Bethnal Green, where the commute to the City is just 10-15 minutes, and the outstanding nightlife and restaurants of Brick Lane, Hoxton, and Shoreditch are just 10 minutes away. Bethnal Green tube (Central Line), and Stepney Green (District Line) are both just over 7 minutes’ walk away, and buses (e. g. 8, 388 – Oxford Circus, Holborn, Embankment, Victoria, D3 – Canary Wharf) are just 1 minute walk away.

Set over two levels, Wedgwood House enjoys a very open and spacious living area on the ground floor. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with over, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. The huge lounge has an adjoining dining area – perfect for entertaining – and also leads on to the conservatory, with pleasant views over the sizeable private garden. The bathroom has a large modern walk-in power shower. There is also a separate toilet and washroom to speed things along in the mornings or getting ready for a night out.

The pleasant garden has an outside dining area, with space for a barbecue, and a summer house to escape to and the end of the garden. (There are also two sheds, so plenty of space to store away garden furniture and bikes.)

The rooms within the flat are not available to a couple, meaning that there will always be a maximum of 4 tenants sharing the flat.
