DOUBLE ROOM IN BATTERSEA ( Short term and Long term )
I am moving out of this two bedroom flat in Battersea first week of next month.
The flat is located on Queenstown Road. There is a bus stop directly in front of the house. The Battersea Power Station is only a 15 minutes walk.
The contract ends on the 5th of September so I am looking for someone to take over the last 3 months. (5th June to 5th of September)
Alternatively, my flatmate is looking to renew the contract and stay over another year so if you are looking to join the contract then, you are more than welcome.
The rent is 1100 including bills.
You will be sharing the flat with Chon, a 26-year-old special needs teacher. She is very cool, super clean and tidy. She enjoys cooking and having a drink here and there.
