Battersea flat mate wanted

Don’t be scared off by all the pink I am happy to make this room more neutral!

I have a bright and airy 2 bed flat in Battersea and I am looking for somone to share it with. The flat is in a gated building and has large communal terrace/ court yard. It is also possible to rent a parking spaces with in the building for about £50 PCM The room is the master bedroom which is large light and has pleanty of storage. There is a generously sized shared bathroom. My flat is just near the river, a short walk from Clapham junction, and has regular busses that go from the street out side to Victoria and Clapham junction. Battersea square is around the corner and has bars and restaurants and a gails. Battersa Park and The Kings road are also a short walk away. All bills included as well as my cleaner who comes for 2 hours a week and is amazing.
I am a makeup artist and artist working in TV and events. I am a considerate flat mate. I am Looking for somone friendly and considerate who is sociable but not looking for a party flat.
