En-suite room Student Roost - Gibson St (West End)

3 month tenancy takeover let (summer 24)
I am looking for a female student to take over my en-suite room at Student Roost - Gibson Street for the remainder of my contract (01 June 24 - 24 Aug 24). Cost = £189/week
My room is river view, first floor and I currently share with 5 other female students. The building is ideally located in the West End and offers the following facilities:

• Shared kitchen/Diner & living area
• Sharing between 6 people
• Dishwasher, Microwave & 2 Fridge Freezers included
• ¾ Size Double bed (under bed storage)
• In built – Shower, Hand basin and toilet in room
• Wi-Fi, Heating and Electricity all included in room price
• Contents insurance

We have a common room, study and laundry area in our bottom floor. The common area is also equipped with a PS4 with a variety of games, PSN subscription and Netflix account, with a 65 inch 4K TV to play on.

I have loved staying here this year but need to return home to work during the summer. If required, I may be able to offer a slightly earlier entry date. Please get in touch if you have any questions.
