Double room available near Maryhill

Hello, I'm looking for someone (student preferably) to fill in for my current flatmate that will be leaving at the end of May. The apartment is located in G20, is around a 15 minute walk to the University of Glasgow, and a 3 minute walk to a bus stop that can easily take you to the city center.

The room comes with a double bed, a desk, a drawer, a closet that has been moved but can be moved back, and a couple shelves carved into the wall. As for the shared spaces there is a kitchen, a spacious living room, and a bathroom.

I am an international student so I really would prefer students, as I'm not really trying to get into all that council tax jazz. I'd say I'm pretty chill so as long as we vibe that's really my only requirement.

The price for the room is £530 a month including broadband but excluding bills. The bills turn out to be around £200 every 3 months so if you do the math that's around £590 in total per month.
