Shared kitchen and mezzanine

One large bedroom available to rent in a lovely, recently renovated bungalow in Cliftonville, half a mile from the sea and close to Northdown road shops/restaurants etc.

I'm looking for a calm and tidy/clean professional to rent the room and I'm open to a more flexible, shorter term tenancy, preferably starting at 3 months minimum. Ideal if you're perhaps looking to test the waters living in Margate before committing to your own place.

Use of own (brand new) bathroom with shower. 

Furnished, including double bed/new mattress, desk/chair, chest of drawers and clothing rail. Kitchen and all appliances to be shared, with space for your own food storage.

Use of washing machine.

Full use of large garden/BBQ/firepit

Plenty of free street parking

You're welcome to set up your own TV in your bedroom.

Broadband, council tax, TV license included.
Water/electric/gas to be shared equally.

Must like cats - I have a very fluffy rag doll cat.

I have two grown children who visit from time to time and stay in the third bedroom.

I'm a set designer and writer and I work from home most of the time. This is a very creative household and since I work in interiors, I often change things around at home as well as tackle DIY projects in the main part of the house.
