Hello! This is a wonderful two-bedroom apartment located in the City Centre between Bargate and Ocean Village, with both a generous bathroom and ensuite shower room that have been recently refurbished.

The flat is available on a long-term let and used to be our home, where we spent 7 great years enjoying city life. We now rent the whole flat out and have had one very successful tenant who is moving on to better things. We're now looking for the right people to make this their new home, which will be available from 21st June.

We are now experienced private landlords who also rent our own home ourselves. We're committed to dealing with things properly and transparently and making sure any issues are resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. There are no hidden agency fees etc and you have direct access to us if there are any problems. Your deposit will be fully protected by an independent protection scheme as required by law.

This is a great apartment and would be ideal for a single person, couple or family. We're also very open to buddy ups where the rent is split between you. We're very happy to consider well-behaved pets as dog lovers ourselves. The flat has lift access and is on the first floor.

The flat is rented furnished with most furniture and white goods already provided. The second bed can be removed if you'd prefer to use one of the rooms as a home office etc. There is toob 900mb/s hyper-speed broadband in the property.

The location is great, being a slightly quieter area of Southampton but with all the shops and night life within 5 minutes walking distance. It's a good balance between feeling secluded and private whilst having easy access to everything you need.

We have always loved the large balcony area where you can sit and watch the world go by. There is a fully equipped kitchen where two people can cook easily with enough space, a comfortable living room and two large double bedrooms.

Buildings insurance, ground rent and service charge is all included in the rent. Parking spaces are available by separate negotiation.

Offered on a 12 month fixed term before moving to a rolling monthly contract. We have no plans to sell this property, we're ideally looking for long-term tenants but can be flexible to the right people.

Please note we're away on honeymoon from 25th May until 4th June, any messages we get during that time we'll pick up once we're back!
