Double room in friendly house in Whalley Range

Good sized room in a house in Whalley Range. There's currently 3 women living here 28-30 all professionals. We are all friends already so we like to chill together ie sometimes watch a film or go to the pub, but during the week we're very chilled and wholesome. We don't expect you to hang out with us but would be nice to have someone on the same vibe!

LOCATION
We're right next to a green grocer, or a ten minute walk to shops and bars, with Aldi, Morrisons and Asda each a five minute drive away. It's a really nice area which has a community feel. We're a two minute walk from Manley Park and a ten minute walk to Alexandra Park which is arguably Manchester's best park. Also roughly a ten minute walk from St Werburghs and Chorlton tram stops.

THE ROOM
The room is a good sized room which gets loads of natural light. It comes with a bed, a huge clothes rail, and the option of a dresser and a mirror if you'd like them.

RENT AND BILLS
The rent is normally £400 pcm however it's currently £333 pounds as we have a friend (one of the listed tenants) in the smaller room. Bills are roughly £90-120 depending on time of year - that includes everything.

THE HOUSE

We have a large front dining room which is used for people working from home and also as a bit of a studio. There's also a shared cosy living room and kitchen, as well as a back yard which is nice in summer.
