Furnished room to let to professional from in my house in quiet residential street in the Gorse Hill area of Stretford.

The room features a divan bed and mattress, wardrobe, chest of drawers x2, desk and chair. Extra storage space available in the house too if needed.

I am Matthew, 46, home owner/live in landlord and i work full time in insurance. The location would suit someone working locally or the city centre. It's only a 15 min bus ride away on the frequent and reliable 263 & 255/256 bus route. Aldi, Tesco Extra and Old Trafford tram stop about 15 min walk away.

As it's just me living here, the house is generally a quiet but friendly place to live and would suit someone who works a daytime shift pattern like me and doesn't expect to stay up through the night. I work most of my shifts from home with my laptop connected up in the lounge so can only offer occasional use of the lounge.

Broadband included in bills too as are use of washing and kitchen facilities.
Deposit is £300 and rent to be paid monthly.
