Looking for a flatmate to move into apartment

I’m looking for a lovely female flatmate to take the double room please. I’ve been given the opportunity to put this place on hold before it hits market ASAP. So if you would like to take the second room please message. It’s not an on suite however has its own bathroom outside of the room which includes a bath.

Bills including council tax come up to about 200.

As I’m Muslim I’m looking for someone who doesn’t smoke or drink and is clean. I’m fun and outgoing and very respectful
