A lovely, spacious house located in Fallowfield, with Sainsbury’s and a range of food options on your doorstop. The bus stop is right by the house, with a 20 minute bus ride to the city centre.

The room is spacious and receives lots of natural sunlight. There are two bathrooms in the house and a large kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The house also has a large garden, amazing for sitting outside on a sunny day! There is also private parking in front of the house.

Everyone in the house is clean and friendly so we’re looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and respects the others living in the house as some of the tenants work at full-time jobs.

The property had all new furniture installed for 2021, as well as a new kitchen and a new first floor snug, to accompany the ground floor open plan kitchen/living area.

I am away from July-September so am looking for someone to sublet during these months.
