Located in a new build apartment block on a new build estate, my cosy guest bedroom has lovely views of the Peak District and features a double bed with lots of storage space, TV, tea and coffee making facilities and a small desk to suit a laptop. Towels provided as well.

Your bathroom is located almost next to your bedroom and features bath and shower. I also provide toiletries.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hobs, dishwasher and washing machine.

Secure underground parking is included. The nearest tram stop is only 3 minute walk away taking you directly into the city centre in around 20 minutes.

I am looking for a professional/contractor who is needs accommodation on a Sunday/Monday - Friday basis. Weekly clean and change of bedding included as well.
