I am leaving my current accommodation- a room in a two-bedroom flat in a lovely quiet area. It is not a big multiple-tenancy place, but it is shared only with another person. There is nature around (beside a river), and it is quiet all day. There are many shops around (McDonald's- 10 minutes walk, Asda- less than 20 minutes walk, and other small shops). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary ( new fridge and freezer) apart from microwave. You have your separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower. There is a very fast broadband. The room is unfurnished, and the living room is partly furnished. You can use the living room as an office or something else. The flat is cosy and warm during winter. The rent (£325) and bills are around £150—council tax band B. There is a bus stop 5-7 minutes walk that goes directly into the town centre, and next to Mcdonalds is another one as well. town centre is 15 min walk. The place has been recently renovated. There is a small storage room. It is on the first floor and equipped with modern appliances. Around £500 or less a month, including gas, electricity, broadband, water, and council tax. The landlord is very responsive in case of maintenance problems. The minimum tenancy is eight months from now. The other tenant is very clean, tidy and respectful.
