Lovely room in Wivenhoe with Evening Meal 4 nights

Ensuite available for four months from June to September (could possibly extend if all goes well) for one professional person in lovely village near Colchester on the Essex/Suffolk border.

I have a comfortable, clean and tidy house on a quiet close but within 5 minutes walk of the Railway Station (commutable to London) and a short cycle ride to University of Essex. Off street parking available with charging point for electric car.  The large, airy. well lit room has a double bed, sofa and table and chair. The house has two bathrooms so you would have sole use of the shower room.  Good Broadband.  Nice garden.
Share of the living room with log burner and TV.  You must like dogs as I have a black Labrador who is well behaved and sociable. I like to cook so the price includes an evening meal.  I work from home so prefer someone who goes out to work and sorry no night shift workers. I am sociable  and happy to share communal space and chat but respect the privacy of my guests.  I'm used to having lodgers,  three of whom came for a few months and stayed for several years so they could give me references I'm sure! 
I spend time, when I'm not working, walking my dog, listening to radio 4 and reading the Guardian and the Sunday Times for a nice balance! Please don't apply if you are moody or bad tempered, as  I like a nice atmosphere and if you do too, I look forward to hearing from you!
