The house is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just off London Road, Braintree. Off road parking is available.

The room is located on the top floor of a 3 storey house. This floor is not used by anyone else, so it is extremely private and quiet. The room has Wi-Fi and garden views. The room very light and airy and has just been newly furnished, decorated and carpeted. There is plenty of space for storage or for your own pieces of furniture, if required. There is a shower room next to the bedroom which is for the sole use of the tenant.

There is also another large, empty bedroom on the 3rd floor which has also just been newly decorated and carpeted. This room could potentially be used by the tenant as their personal living room at an additional cost. This would be something that can be discussed, if required.

The house is a 1 minute drive from the A120 with easy access to Stansted Airport, the M25 & Mll. Braintree town centre and the railway station are within walking distance.

Bills are included and all rooms are professionally cleaned on a weekly basis.
