Two bathrooms, both with a toilet, sink and shower.
A patio space at the back of the house.
Great location - a short walk to big Sainsbury's supermarket and Lewes road which has plenty of buses running both into and out of town.
The house is currently occupied by 5 female uni students so looking for a female tenant, preferably a student (if not, must have appropriate references and UK guarantor)
A really lovely and friendly household, unfortunately I have moved out due to deferral from university.
Rent is £563.50/month and bills are paid separately at around £82/month (the bills are unlimited and include broadband).
