Our location is slightly elevated within the town and incredibly peaceful yet only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre - Perfect.

The accommodation is generous and you will have the shared benefit of driveway parking for one small - medium sized vehicle; unlimited broadband; gas central heating; use of washing machine; kitchen / dining/ family room & garden with bicycle storage if needed.

You would be sharing what is home for me; one other lodger and my daughter on occasion.

The price is based on a Minimum of 3 month - short term let. Flexible terms which I am happy to discuss to a maximum 6 month review-able agreement. If shorter term, rates can be discussed.

All utility bills included based on reasonable use.

Bedding can be provided if needed at an additional cost.
