Double bedroom room in house near the hospital

A double room available in a three bed house. All bills and Wi-Fi included. Own tv in room. We are looking for a single person and not a couple.
A shared kitchen and bathroom and lounge downstairs.. can use all facilities.
If smoking we ask you smoke out in the back garden which can be used as well. If you drive parking is on the road.
It is a fifteen/ twenty minute walk to the hospital and close to town. All on a bus route.
We are a working couple and like chilling in the evening watching tv.
Husband likes watching football and sport.
Looking for a working professional but not from home.
£450 a month or £105 a week all bills included with a deposit of £100 all up front.
