Double furnished bedroom with own bathroom in a quiet friendly house in Redruth. House is close to A30 and apprx 5mins from the train station and main bus stop.
House has broadband, central heating. I have a washing machine and tumble dryer but no dishwasher. Require someone who is clean and tidy and respectful of my home (please)
There is myself and one female tenant who has the same accommodation deal as this advert. Will consider a smallish dog/cat. Have a part time cat, do not really want to put him off.
Boyfriends/partners, sorry not really interested at the moment in stop overs, just had a couple of bad experiences.
Can guarantee a year, probably more..........unless I drop dead.
I try and be reasonable with the rent for what i offer and I'm hoping for the same in return.
