Large double room with sitting area in quiet 2 bed house by the sea on the South Coast path. Shared kitchen, bathroom and garden with sea view. Must like cats. I am a 56 year old lesbian, who works part time and works from home. The room has two windows and is part furnished Light and airy. Lovely views . May suit someone looking to spend the Summer in Cornwall but also. could be a longer let for the right person.
Possible small reduction in rent for help around the house and garden.

About me, normally I work a lot at a job I love in manufacturing but I have not been well recently and so I am reducing my hours til at least the end of the year.
I am outgoing, kind and enjoy being sociable but also enjoy my own company. I don’t enjoy being around drinkers unless I am drinking which is never more than once week at the weekend so if you drink everyday please don’t apply!
