This is the Landlord's private home and is a non-smoking, non-drug, non-alcohol residence. And it also means not returning to the property drunk or drugged up! There is no objection to smoking (tobacco) outside. If you desire a dry comfy room in a relaxed and peaceful home, then this is for you. If however, you want friends or boy-girl-friends to hang around with either in your room or stay over, then you need to find an HMO (House of Multiple Occupation) in which the landlord does not reside or your own place.
Many Lodgers during the last 10 years have enjoyed staying here, from the PA to CEO Heartlands from London, a Camborne Council Housing Officer from Shrewsbury, Care Worker for Autistic Children from Romania, Barncoose NHS Nurses from India, Cornwall's Chief Child Protection Officer from Somerset, KFC Manager from Spain, Solicitor from Germany, ArchBishop of Venice, Italy to name a few!
Please note, the things I would like to know initially from any potential Lodger: A picture would be nice. Ethnicity, Gender, Age. Why are you looking for a room and why this area? Do you have a car? What is your full time employment? And have you read my Lodger Advert in detail?
