It on the first floor has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, and window to the front elevation.

You'll be sharing the house with 4 young professionals from Italy, Germany, Ireland &UK (3 girls and 1 guy), so If your a responsible, friendly professional or P-Grad, and want somewhere to call home we'd like to hear from you!

The house has a shared sitting room with which leads onto a fully equipped kitchen. There's high-speed broadband internet though out the house & this and all other utility bills are included in the rent.

NB. Be aware that the house only contains ONE BATHROOM (which is on the ground floor, next to the kitchen). Despite this, it seems to somehow work out well enough..!
