ALL UTILITY BILLS (and Internet 350mb) ARE INCLUDED.

Kitchen/lounge area has washing machine, dishwasher, electric cooker and 4 gas rings, combination microwave, air fryer, 3 large fridges and 2 freezers. There is also a large farm house table with 6 chairs for all to use. Each tenant has a numbered cupboard, fridge shelf and freezer draw so no confusion!

The House has modern wooden stripped effect flooring to the entrance hall and through to kitchen zone, the lounge area is carpeted. The back door opens from kitchen to low maintenance courtyard garden onto the rear garden, there is a rotary line for all to use. The side gate of the house and garden is locked for extra security.

This house has a PURPOSE BUILT LOCKED BIKE SHED in the rear garden.
