27 Year old Professional (M) looking to rent

Recent trip to Karlsruhe, Germany (Karlsruhe SC won 4-1)

Please note that my £900pcm budget includes bills. If your offer takes the total budget over this, I will decline.
I also have some furniture - desk, small shelving unit and a BBQ, as well as two surfboards. If you are happy to take items out of the room, this is fine, but I would like to avoid having to put any of it in storage. If you are unsure, we can have a chat about it.

A little about me -
I am a 27 Year old who has been working as an Electronics Engineer since March 2020.
My current tenancy expires on the 11th June and I am looking for rooms, buddy-ups and apartments within my price range for this date.
As I previously mentioned I have some furniture already since I've lived in both furnished and unfurnished. (I come with an awesome BBQ and the skills to match). It's worth a discussion about if you still have some questions.

My preference is a double room with a bit of space for a desk (I Work from home once/twice a week), my beanbag, and my two surfboards.
I like sports (both playing and watching), socialising and cooking. You can see the rest of my interests in the advert!
Most of the week I will be at work or out and about, but I am also keen on socialising in common areas (I would prefer a living room/common area to be available). I'm also pretty handy at fixing things or helping around the house (being an Engineer helps).
For work I commute into the office, it's a long journey, but as long as I've got something to read or something to listen to I don't mind it. My work is based in Engineering Design so any work from home can be done quietly in my room at my desk.

TL: DR: If you can balance work during the week and fun on the weekend then we'll get along just fine.
